All DigiKidsVault products are digital, and the download link is sent immediately after payment. Therefore, refunds are not possible after the file has been sent. If there is a problem with the download or the file is corrupted, please contact us at: mohammedchaara53@gmail.com and we will resend the file to you within 24 hours.
